I've been struggling to draw a front view of Savanna Montanna that, I'm happy with. So i decided to create a plasticine bust of her. I wanted to create a plasticine bust anyway and it has helped loads as usual to have a 3D physical object there on my desk next to my cup of coffee.
The model took me 3 episodes of Downton Abbey to complete. (How ever long that is!). Most things like the ears, horn things are held on by toothpicks. I also used toothpicks to attach the head to the neck. There isn't really an armature to the model apart from toothpicks for attaching stuff and support.
Next job to get this image planes complete and start modelling asap.
